Somebody is going to be the default hardware of this era. We intend that to be us.

Jai Khandelwal spends his days in firmware, software, and the hardware that carries both. If it boots, transmits, or vibrates, he wrote it or picked it.

Samantak Ray spends his in product, design, and everything that gets a device from a drawing to a person’s hand. Master’s in industrial design from Georgia Tech, then six years designing new businesses at BCG’s corporate incubation practice.

They met in November 2025, introduced by Jai’s brother, who knew Jai was building agentic tools and that Samantak wanted to design next-gen devices.

The conversation that started the company was not about a ring. It was about a pattern they both kept seeing: AI had escaped the chat window everywhere except in how people actually reach it. The tools got dramatically better. The way you talk to them did not move at all.

They looked closely at the AI devices already shipping and found two things. The devices were designed and priced for American consumers, with nothing built for the professional in an Indian tech company who is under real pressure to deliver more with a smaller team. And nearly all of them stopped at listening. They would capture a meeting, summarize it beautifully, and hand the actual work back to you.

So the bet is simple. Capture the context, then do the work, then tell the person when it matters. Not a recorder. Not a chat window on a smaller screen. An input device for the era where you delegate instead of type.
